Daily Data Processing

• KOL Monitoring: Each day, Mainline Alpha processes posts from over 10,000 Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) engaged in crypto discussions.

• Contextual Analysis: We analyze the content of each post, the credibility of the account, and the engagement metrics to assess the relevance and impact on various tokens.

Clustering and Vectorization:

• Clustering Algorithms: Advanced clustering techniques are employed to group posts based on content similarity, enabling us to identify trends and patterns across different KOLs.

• Tweet Vectorization: Using sophisticated vectorization methods, we convert tweet content into numerical representations that capture the context and polarity of each post, enhancing our analysis accuracy far beyond conventional sentiment analysis.

Several thousand social signals are calculated, including:

• Influence Scores: Evaluate the overall influence of the KOLs based on their historical impact and reach.

• Quality Scores: Assess the quality and relevance of the accounts making the posts.

• Coordination Scores: Detect coordinated activities among KOLs, indicating potential market movements.

• Engagement Metrics: Including tweet count, impression count, and engagement count to measure post impact.

• Post Content Analysis: Examine the content for context, keywords, and emerging trends.

Several thousand price signals are also calculated, including RSI (Relative Strength Index), ADX (Average Directional Index), MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence), STOCH (Stochastic Oscillator), DX (Directional Movement Index), and EMA (Exponential Moving Average) to gauge market conditions and trends.
